Keeping track of my running/workout progression

My goals for 2024 are to do a 10 mile long run and a 6:30 pace mile run.

Update: 5/21/24 – Completed a 10 mile run and a 6:45 pace mile run recently. Therefore, I’ll be adjusting my goals for 2024. My new goals are to do a 20 mile long run, a 6:00 minute mile, and a weekly mileage goal of 30 miles. My highest mileage thus far is 19 miles.
