Once again, I injured my knee playing soccer.
I recently did some intense workouts and soccer drills, so my muscles were probably fatigued from the effort. Either way, I pushed myself too hard in a pickup game and felt something give in the lower front part of my knee. I’ve had issues with that area before, so I’ll have to be extra cautious. I really need to take it easy for a week or two. This injury might set my progress back a little.
